The existing building was entirely gutted and required extensive structural repairs and restorations in order to adapt the building to the new contemporary design elements.
New openings were created in the existing exterior walls to open up the second level loft and new contempry deign elements were added for a new contemporay look while intigrating the more significant existing features.

2nd Level Units, Decks & Stair Images
The second level was converted from three small inefficient units to two units. The existing shared non-compliant egress stair was replaced with new large second level decks and a compliant entry/egress stair.
